Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items, but will be happy to issue a refund if you are not happy with the products. If you have a return, contact Mama Loves to get a return label emailed to you. Mama Loves covers return shipping costs. However, if you do not email us for a return then the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note if you want an exchange or refund. Refunds/Exchanges will be issued when the goods arrive back to us.
REFUNDS - DAMAGED PRODUCTS (BROKEN/MELTED)
Your business is important to us! At Mama Loves excellent customer service is our number one concern. This includes double-checking your order and packaging everything carefully. Occasionally accidents do happen. If your order arrives damaged or missing an item, please let us know right away so that we may correct the problem.
A refund/exchange will be processed for products that were damaged (broken or melted) while en route to the shipping destination. Please email to report any damages and include photos of damaged products/shipment, including box if damaged. Return of damaged product (s) is not necessary. Exchanges will be shipped immediately free of charge to you. Refunds may take up to 24 to 48 hours depending on the bank/credit card company.

We will acknowledge every order within 24 business hours and do our best to ship your order within 1 business day (excluding holidays and weekends). Ship times will slightly longer during the holiday season. Please note, the Local Pickup option is available for any customer in the central Louisiana location who wishes to pick up their order and avoid shipping charges!
We ship via USPS. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, or APO Addresses.
We do not ship internationally.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours as we strive to ship as soon as possible.
If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) PLEASE contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up. Please remember that although your products are handled very carefully while in our possession, once it's sent to the post office it's out of our control. Please make arrangements for your products not to be left outside when they arrive. Some products, when exposed to extreme high/freezing temps, can be damaged. Mama Loves, LLC cannot be held responsible for the following examples: delays caused by weather, mechanical failure or other acts beyond our control, carrier’s error/loss/damage, incorrect or incomplete addresses input by the customer on the original online order, etc.
BATCH VARIATIONS: Keep in mind that our products are made by hand of natural ingredients. Our recipes remain the same, but plant material is ever changing. Slight differences can be found from batch to batch including color, texture or aroma.
